Kṛṣṇa's Companion

Araṇya rodana nyāyaḥ (crying in the forest)

A lost man cried out of anguish in the forest, but nobody could hear him to give consolation. Instead, wild animals heard him, and came to devour him. Nobody was there to help him.

Those persons whose hearts and entire existences are overflowing with transcendental compassion and deep knowledge in the matter of devotion to the Supreme Lord, are truly capable to help us get out of the dense forest of material existence. To them we ought to place faithfully our doubtful questions and dedicated service. They are worthy to be cried for the help on their laps. The only price we have to pay for that is our sincere childish eagerness to be reinstated as Kṛṣṇa's family companion.
